Dakota Square McDonald’s. Door says lobby open at 9am. Door locked at 10am. Drive through only so truck drivers can starve. Says they’re understaffed. Pay your employees enough that you can maintain adequate staffing. Owners and managers should be embarrassed that they’ve continued to operate like this for over a year. The other McDonald’s are usually on point.

They were super busy and VERY understaffed. The place was still very clean. They did not have anyone working the register due to short staffing, so we used the kiosk to order and they brought our order to the table.

Boxes of big Macs flipped upside down all mangled . No Big Mac Sauce on 3 different sandwiches.
Artisan sandwhich had wilted, rotten to the point its turning black and soggy lettace with tomatoes that should have been tossed out days ago
