The older lady is very greedy. We asked a employee for a to-go box because we had two plates to take home. The younger girl was going to get me a good size one and the older lady snapped at her for trying to give me a big one (which is the one I needed) so I got a super tiny one. Ridiculous and won't go again!

This is the most grossly unprofessional “restaurant “ I’ve ever encountered. I ordered through a delivery service and received my food from LeeAnn Chin, with a strange odor. After opening it and proceeding to eat, the food smelled like it was cooked in OLD oil and on top of that that oil was DRIPPING / GUSHING out of EVERYBITE I’d taken. The Spring Rolls were covered in this and the “fried” rice was white rice . I called the location here and asked very politely to speak to the Manager or a Supervisor. The guy who answered in broken English states “ she can’t ... she not here ... what... what you want “ I then said “id like to speak to the person that is over your shift”. He said “ uhhhhhhh, I can’t help you , maybe you call back tomorrow and someone can help you” . I said “ so there is no one there in a higher authority that can take this call?” The guy hung up. So a little background, I’m originally from a very well stocked and freshly provided food metropolitan city where there so many options . The issue here is that instead of trying to fix and see what the issue was politely and without lying , he chose to be a idiot .
