At first, it looks and smells similar to a Starbucks, but it has a more earthy rustic smell that is pleasing to my Midwest nostrils. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do enjoy the baked goods like the blueberry muffin. I like that I can eat inside and smell the earthy rustic coffee smells without drinking it. Very nice place to grab something quick and easy but also delicious.

Ordered online for walk-in pickup. My travel time to this location was approx 5-7min and my order was ready and waiting. The order was 2 hot beverages, 1 blended, 1 iced coffee and a sandwich. Very pleasant staff and great service.

Everyone is friendly and efficient, however the last few times my order has been messed up in different ways. I've accepted this a way to try new things, and rationalize as possibly new people training, but would be nice to get what I ordered.

I’ve gotten food here before and it was good! I know it’s normally frozen but for a quick grab before the airport, the muffin was decent!

Bizarrely long wait for how many people were working. Maybe they were training. I asked a question about my order after I got it because it wasn't what I expected. The girl helping was VERY condescending and seemed annoyed at me for asking questions about it.

I’ve never had even close to a bad experience here. Everyone is always so chipper and so kind. 100% love this place. Flavors always come out perfect as well!

Went here for the first time at the beginning of Feb, 2022. Service was really good (I didn't go there during peak hours). Staff was very friendly and they make a pretty killer cup of coffee.

I just placed an order for pick up in the mobile app. When I get the order, an XL caramel crafted press, the cup is only 3/4 the way full and it clearly is not what I ordered. We all know and love these drinks for the wonderful creamy and delightful awakening it brings to our tastebuds. The drink I received tasted like a cold pressed iced coffee with a little splash of cream. This is the same drink I order every single time. More often than not, as of late, I am disappointed with the purchased product and I’ve had to throw away one too many coffees. I don’t normally complain about business on a public platform but it seems to be becoming the new normal to get my drink and it not be full and it be very disappointing in flavor.
