The ice cream was smooth, creamy and a perfect ratio of cookies or Carmel depending on the flavor you picked. From the moment we walked in the staff was happy and offering to help. We sat and enjoyed our ice cream and watched fudge getting made, it was fascinating for the kids and adults. It was incredible how knowledgeable the staff was about the tools and processes in making their products. The ice cream and fudge was amazing on a -2 degree day and Kilwins will now be the place to go every time we are in Minocqua!

With many things closed during the month of March, after trying 2 separate ice cream places to find out Google was incorrect saying they were open, we went to Kilwin's. Brenda and Brian welcomed us and made the best hot fudge and turtle sundaes with the freshest ice cream. Brenda was also kind enough to provide the history of the franchise and answer any questions we had. Great establishment, wonderful customer service, and exceptional tasting ice cream! We will be back!

I just ordered a very small scoop, like half of a scoop of ice cream for my 23 month old and then a kooler to get to the register and see the charge is $3.99 for the tiny scoop and $8.99 for the cooler. I could NOT believe the prices and wish I was never in the store. The cooler doesn't even have fresh fruit, just a part of a can of sprite!!! Too expensive for not the greatest of product.

How do we begin! This place is fantastic, and so well priced. The facilities are immaculate, and the owner (at least I'll assume was the owner) accurately guessed my mother in law's favorite ice cream, because we both forgot what kind she liked. These folks know their ice cream! To add, they even packed our ice cream in an ice bucket for our trip home! Unbeatable service for one of their last customers that evening. Can't wait to come back next year!
