Dunn Brothers Coffee

I usually don't post negative experiences, only positive ones. I like to give credit where credit is due. But the service here today (1/8/19) was awful. We were 3rd in line. The Lady in front of us walked away after waiting for about 7 minutes while the employee watched food cook in the oven and wouldn't get a cup of coffee for the customer while she wasn't doing anything else. It was a great example for my 15 year old son to see what it looks like to give unacceptably poor customer service. But then again, when you are waiting for the DMV to open and don't want to lose your spot by going out of the building to Starbucks or Caribou, what are you going to do? I'm Done with Dunn.

The review before me... Andy k... Is so right. I come here literally all of the time. The worker is usually pleasant but something serious is happening in personal or work life. The middle aged man is not the owner. I asked how he was doing and in a joking manner I said "Oh gosh don't ask about it?" like he was having a rough day. I got an explanation of how the owner left him with no supplies and how the owner asked to get his groceries and how he was very frustrated. He used profanity and was obviously very upset. He mentioned how the owner fired everyone and is now complaining about hiring new people.... I think this guy is having a rough time. There was a lady behind me and he immediately changed his attitude but it was very uncomfortable. I hope things change because something was very very off today.

Worst experience ever! Last summer this grouchy guy behind the counter caused me to vow to never go here again. I asked for a cup of water, and instead of saying something decent like "we'll have to charge you for the cup," he ranted about how he won't give handouts and rudely told me to go drink from the water fountain. This guy is clearly the worst and I hope that in the time between my experience and when I am now writing this, he has been fired. Jeez.

Stood there like a statue for 5 minutes while the middle aged man employee carried on a conversation with other staff while he made eye contact with me. He knew I was waiting and wouldn't help. I even said hello, he looked at me and continued the convo. I walked away after which he then shouted out if he could help me when I already left. Never again.
