I ordered the number 13 meal, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a coke. I got through a little more than half my sandwich which was the thinner part of the chicken. This is when i noticed the texture changed on my next bite.

Arby's keeps on surprising me with how amazing their food is for a fast food restaurant. And the price is right. The Happy hour pricing is crazy cheap for great eats. Don't forget the Frosty!

This is when i noticed the texture changed on my next bite. I didn't think much of it until the next bite which was drastically different. I pulled over, turned on my interior light and noticed the chicken was barely cooked. Litterally, full on raw in the middle. I almost vomited just looking at it. Picture attached.

I would like to thank Lori, the shift manager I spoke with at this restaurant for her excellent customer service and response to my call. I had an error on an order and called the store to report it. I understand that happens sometimes, but when I usually call a restaurant about an incorrect order I seem to mostly speak to someone who doesn't seem to really care. That was not the case here and I will continue to come back the this Arby's because of that.
