Such a friendly staff. They consistently go out of their way to make my visit enjoyable. They are quick to pick up on customers' preferences and make you feel at home.

They were having point of sale cash register problems. I had to wait for them to reset the card reader but the drinks were delivered quickly and the staff were very friendly

I live in Virginia, but I am from Minnesota. I miss Caribou so much. When I come back to visit I have a turtle mocha every day. This time I purchased some coffee beans to take home and try. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very friendly. If you are a regular the staff remember your order. It feels like a neighborhood coffee shop, not a chain. Also helpful. I had lost 2 receipts that I needed for work and they were able to reprint copies for me.
The Baristas at this location are great. They know me on a first name basis they know my favorite drink I'm coming in for. Very clean, friendly environment!! A+++

This Caribou is a nice one with competent service. It's usually pretty busy and can be difficult at times to find a table. Parking can also be a bit tricky as there aren't many spots for the several businesses there. But overall the only change that would be nice is if they added a drive through.
