Very slow service at this location consistently. Two people behind the counter with a 4-5 person line; absolutely no hussle.

Usually love Target Starbucks bc the employees seem more friendly, but today they messed up on my order and the barista got mad I asked for a remake since she made me a caramel frappuccino and not an espresso. It had whip cream and caramel drizzle which I do not consume. THEN SHE DID IT AGAIN. No different. I just don’t understand when every Starbucks I’ve went to has NEVER had a problem making or knowing the beverages.

I'm thinking I got there around 7:30 in the morning right before my appointment they were still setting up things were out of order in disarray unkept n needed housekeeping I had to wait in line
I asked questions about what will be the best drink since I typically go to Caribou what could you make for me I guess I irritated her cuz I a Caribou drinker shouldn't be in a Starbucks store I guess
I'll know that in the future huh anyway I asked another question and the server the staff personnel got loud and quick n her tone so I'll just say thank you my drink was warm and tasted a little bit like a turtle mocha but not quite I asked what could they sprinkle on it what type of toffee n was told nothing and yes I registered my target reward card

Very slow service, the wait is about 45mins with or without a line. I been coming here for 10+years and I’ve never seen service like this since the reopening. Some days this location is understaff and some days it’s over staffed with only one functioning person actually doing the work. Wow. The target location was better off with the original lady working there, she did better on her own than all 4-5 blind turtles that work there now. Tbh They’re just too gawdam lazy.

Unfortunately, the baristas at this Target location are totally clueless. They had no idea how to process a Starbucks rewards card and getting a single, straightforward drink took about twenty minutes. #Terrible

I go here regularly. All the staff are very nice and hard working. I am grateful to have great service like this in the neighborhood.
