Xin Wong

We really lucked out with this place! We moved into the neighborhood and stumbled across this amazing restaurant. The food is authentic and delicious. Our service was fantastic and speedy. We’ve become frequent flyers for sure. 10/10 highly recommend Xin Wong! The really nice family that runs the place are so sweet. See you soon! :) Thank you for all the tasty treats.

Wow really good food! I went based on a suggestion from my neighborhood app Nextdoor. I ordered a head and when I arrived the food was ready and waiting for me. I ordered the Szechuan Chicken, white rice and cream cheese wontons, SO delish! The serving sizes were large (some for me for the next few days). The food came with a few packets of different sauces and some orange sauce in a container along with utensils. It was so SO good, that the next week when I was meeting up with a friend to do our girls Christmas, I picked us up food from there and they loved it too! I will certainly be going back again.

The food is good. I did have a mix up one time and ended up with shrimp lo mein which I could not eat because I am allergic which no one was understanding over the phone. I did not want to go back and finally they said they could only give us a free lo mein next time we came which of course how will a person keep track of that so we have not gotten it. Besides that I have always enjoyed their food. They are very quick.

I am always on a quest for the best dumplings in Minneapolis since travelling to China and I think I've discovered at least one place in Xin Wong. The pork dumplings are tender and flavorful and huge! They were excellent especially with the sauce the served them with! Also tried the chicken egg foo young. The patties are thin and loaded with big pieces of chicken meat. There was no way I could finish it in one meal. Portions are large and prices are more than fair. I am so glad I found this restaurant!
