That Korean beef was so melt off the bone delicious ! I was told to try the quesadilla next!
Above and beyond. I cannot say enough about this place and the people that run it. I have been on board with Vellee since the food truck days. There is nothing on the menu I do not like. The food is always incredible. The staff and management are truly talented humans that feed the masses. I would eat Vellee everyday. I wish they were closer to me at lunchtime. Thanks you guys!
Vellee Deli has great customer service and fast service! Their food is delicious. Although, they are known for their fish tacos one of my favorite food from Vellee deli is the dragon melt & their mini egg rolls. And if you love burritos they really know how to stuff them! Recommended for everyone to try! Yumm.
I love this place and use the delicious food from here to bribe people to shovel my sidewalk -- and it works!
Vellee Deli has top notch quality food!!!! if you have not tried Vellee yet, it is a must when in downtown MPLS
Expensive but so delicious! Wish they had more seating available in or around the place though.

Get the Korean BBQ Bowl (burrito is messy), the BBQ Banh Mi, or the Fish Tacos. One of the best places to eat in the skyway for sure!
Delicious food made fast! Vellee started as a food truck, and they still have that similar vibe and flavor which is awesome! Sadly, they also still have food truck pricing, so while the food is very good it is a little too expensive.
Stop by their corner spot in the skyway and try the Dragon Melt (with a few kicks for the spice lovers). You won't regret it!
Went at 11:30 and had line of a few people. Appreciated the staff said my BBQ Bahn Mi would take five minutes and that was accurate. The sandwich was very fresh with tender grilled pork. Very flavorful. Bread was great hard outside, soft inside. You can order the sandwich with 1,2, or 3 kicks. 3 kicks is their hottest and it has a good slow building bite. Really enjoyed my first experience here.
Great lunch place. I order though Ritual and they are always very quick. Spice levels can be off. Have had level 1 feel spicier than expected.
They have great miniature eggrolls and do not water down their dipping sauce. The Dragon Quesadilla is exceptional.
I've gotten a few burritos, chips and salsa and each time they are good. Staff is always really helpful. The only downside is how spendy it is, but that is normally how much Skyways food is.
Had this for the first time during work hours and it was decent. I got the Korean BBQ bowl mild spice. The flavor of the meat was pretty good. The kimchi seemed nonexistent though because I did not taste ANY spice at all, let alone the extra mild spice I added. Maybe their kimchi is just not spicy? But that was just quite disappointing. That was my first time but I would like to go back and try something else again and ask for something spicier and hope for the best!
Food is delicious and had friendly staff. Had the Korean Beef burrito and it was amazing. The fresh guacamole they made was better than the fresh guacamole I had down in San Antonio!
Asian fusion, easy menu, all at a decent price and very fast. Korean BBQ burrito is a Must! Simmer, sizzle, scorch is there motto, and if you can't handle your heat then dont try sizzle or scorch. It's a tough place to find, inside the food court of Wells Fargo, IDS, and RSM plaza. Also only open from 11am-2pm on work days, but OooooWeeeeee is it good.

I understand that prior to this location this food was served from a food truck. The Korean BBQ bowl I had was fantastic. They offer 3 additional levels of heat if you like spicy foods. I opted for level 1 which had a great flavor and good amount of kick. Enough to clear my sinuses out. I'd recommend taking your food to go and they place smelled a little musty.
