Great location and staff. My only request is that you look at improving your internet. It's consistently about 2mbps which is barely adequate for doing work.

I loved this place! It was so cozy and yummy. If you like coffee, this is the place for you. It felt friendly. I liked it better than Starbucks personally, because it just seemed a little more casual and I liked the coffee better.

By far the best staff! My two young daughters and I are from out of state had gotten stranded at the Target field due to miss communication. The staff was kind enough to let us use the rest room to freshen up and also let us sit at a table with all our luggage while I tried for an hour to get the stupid Uber app to work. They even give my girls some markers and paper to draw on while we were waiting. My girls got some super yummy scones and I got seriously the best frappe drink ever! Thank you guys so much for making a very stressful moment of traveling tolarable I don't know what I would have done with out you!

I stay loyal to carbou because it is consistent at giving good service and great product each time no matter the time of day. A genuine smile and welcome in is a great way to start my day off and I appreciate you guys!

This is the best coffee shop in Minneapolis hands down !! Not only is it inviting, it's never too crowded, the service is amazing, and the restrooms are always immaculate.. I absolutely love this in particular Caribou Coffee. .. 5 stars hands down.

Regular Caribou quality, but this is definitely the coziest location in the area. Fairly quiet (unless there's a game nearby) with good seating and nearby food options. Only major downside is parking but you have to expect that in a downtown location.

I do love this Caribou location, but would it kill them to not start the machines up until there are no customers? Most of the time I'm having to yell what I want over the coffee grinders and they end up getting my order wrong. I've had to restate my order several times at this location at pickup, and actually today I left with a coffee I didn't order because I've so often complained. At least they're usually upgrades. Maybe the employees should have a dip of their own brand so they're actually awake.
