This is a TAKE OUT only restaurant now, but the owner (Mang) graciously invited us to sit down in the dining room, and provided plates, silverware and hot tea. The portions were generous, the food was tasty, the pricing was super reasonable, and nice and hot. Super duper visit, and I would strongly encourage you to visit. Parking can be a challenge, but it's worth the extra effort...Check it out, and ENJOY!!!

No more in-restaurant dining! 😟 Take-out is pretty good. Excellent lo mein, crispy egg rolls. Beef dishes could be more tender. The rice tho… seems less like Jasmine rice and more like Minute Rice. Maybe this was an off night. Will I be back? Of course.

Shrimp and veggies was very good. Only issue: everything was dripping and leaking all over when the driver delivered it. They need to double-box their take-out orders.

We just found out this place existed. It's just south of the new Cub / old BK. All the typical Chinese American restaurants in Longfellow have been moving out or closing, so we are so happy we found this place. The food was all hot and delicious, and the two people who helped us were very polite and friendly. We can get "Chinese takeout near me" again!

I love this restaurant. Food is on the table fast, its fresh, hot, homemade, & family run, Enjoyable dining when u just want a quick meal thats not a drive thru. Right now it's carry out only.

I love having Crystal Garden in the neighborhood! Their sesame bean curd is my favorite thing to get. The staff is always warm and friendly, it feels like a true mom and pop restaurant.

I get Chinese takeout from here every since I moved to the area. I would really take some of the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt. It is takeout, not a Michelin star restaurant.
I will say that everytime I have been here they have ALWAYS been super nice and kind to me. The older man and woman remind me of how nice and gentle my grandparents are.
Also it is takeout. What would I expect out of it? Something along the lines of what I would expect for fast food in general. It's good stuff and I got my food in less than 10 minutes. I literally walked over there and bam it was already done.
I usually get lo mein and fried rice. Pretty solid stuff. It's nothing special BUT the friendly customer service personally makes me want to support them.

Been going to Crystal Garden all my life, and they have the best food. The staff are incredibly friendly and if you need a fast take out order this is the place to go. Once calling in your order it is ready within 10 minutes! When dining in was an option the tea was one of my favorites with appetizers and options in abundance. Highly recommend!
