What an awesome and friendly place. Owner was pleasant to talk to as well. Initially typed in Al's and it was completely packed and I am glad it was because we ended up going here.
We ordered the Sausage croissant, meat lovers omelet, a crepe and french toast. Look how big the omelet was!! Oh and the french toas was absolutely with the cinnamon in it👌.
Everything was absolutely delicious and when we come back into town we are definitely coming back.

This place is great! Delicious food, casual atmosphere, and excellent service. College kid portions at a reasonable price.
The menu is huge. They have all day breakfast, so if you are a brunch fan but your date wants a burger: this is the perfect plate to go any time of day.
I got a big waffle. Most of the time waffles are mostly air. Not the case here! The waffle is a meal on its own. it will fill you up. I can't say that about most places.

So good. Lots of options. Thanks! The really cool think about this place was they have numbers that they could give the customers so the food makes it to the right table. The single person working there didn't use them. There was no waitress just the chef. He took people's orders made the food and waited on the customers. We ate there on Tuesday at 530 and it was busy the Chats were playing at the varsity theater that night. It didn't take long to get our food and the chef remembered what everyone in the restaurant ordered and delivered it to the right person. Our food was hot, delicious, and the order was correct. Fking amazing! I feel like the chef was some type of restaurant savant.

Great choice for grabbing a quick bite in the heart of Dinkytown. Service was friendly and the food came out very fast. The gyro was very tasty and I would definitely order another!

Tony was extremely friendly and the food was brought out promptly. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the portion size was amazing. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was quiet and laid back.

I would not recommend anything but breakfast food from here. They are great breakfast, but I really don't like anything else from here. They crush it with breakfast food I've been told, so if you want breakfast anytime during the day, this is the spot.

Very adequate breakfast. Decent portions, fresh ingredients, pretty tasty, arrived VERY quickly, reasonable prices. But nothing super fancy, good quality just not great. Got the very veggie omlette. This pic is after two bites, so not HUGE portions, but quite adequate.

Had breakfast at 8:00 pm with some friends and it was incredible. Got the classic breakfast and it hit the spot beyond my wildest expectations. Fully recommend it.

The huevos rancheros are amazing! The chorizo is so juicy and tasty with the black beans! It all ties together so well! MUST TRY! And it comes with hash browns. I asked for the pico de Gallo to be put in the side so I don’t know where it would have gone on but even the pico was also tasty!

Expected something else from the restaurant since I wasn't aware it isn't a full service restaurant. Pretty decent food quality for the price. Overall pretty good, but they have to improve the customer service. I've been there twice so far and I think the best items they have on the menu are the breakfast meals. I went for an Alfredo once and I didn't enjoy it as much. I also expect at least to be asked if it is my first time at the restaurant when I order instead of just waiting for an order from a menu I've never seen and bringing the food to the table. Many restaurants that are far from being full service restaurants do it and it definitely makes the difference on customer satisfaction

I love the avocado toast. Has two eggs, pico de Gallo, and avocado slices served on perfectly toasted slices of bread (of your choosing).
Even more in love with Tony's pancakes. (I got chocolate pancakes) They were fluffy, thick, and just a mouthful of deliciousness with each bite! 🥞🥞🥞
