Seven friends and I convened the latest meeting of Fried Chicken Club here tonight. We relaxed into the cozy ambiance-- sturdy, practical furniture and dark wood booths. We sipped complex/approachable cocktails (expertly suggested by our server) and then appreciated the sizable beer menu. We walked down the menu: starting with the Harold & Kumar Poutine (addictive!), marveling at the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower (addictive!), chasing them with a couple of noodle dishes and wrapping up by trying all four sauces on fried chicken. Duh. Special shout out to our server. That guy was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He ran seven CCs patiently and without complaint. We tipped him accordingly. The only bummer: intense typography. The copy is good and the food atypical. But the menu design doesn't invite lingering, which is too bad because there are clearly some innovative minds at work in the kitchen, and a lot to be learned from a place like this.

Its a corky place that has good inventive korean pub food. Seems some miss it a pub with good food, and the the service is in the style of Korean pubs, in that food comes when it's ready, which means at times, one dish at a time.... Drink a beer relax, enjoy the food as it comes.

We live in Eden Prairie but I work in the neighborhood. I've had my eye on them ever since they opened in the Global Market, and this week we had the perfect opportunity to finally visit The Rabbit Hole for Happy Hour and dinner. The bartender could have been a bit more attentive but when we were seated in the dining area we had excellent service. Our server Andy was helpful in selecting "Rice Rice Baby" and "Wangs" with Hibiscus Sweet and Sour sauce, both of which were very tasty! He informed us which menu items had small portions and which ones had more ample portions. My husband, who is not known for his adventurous food preferences, enjoyed everything! We will come again to try something new! The place with a young urban vibe has added two baby boomers to their fan base.

Excellent food and service. The head chef even came out to answer a question about a dish. A great local restaurant with amazing dishes. Highly recommend.

Great restaurant, very friendly staff. I went for lunch with a co-worker. I had the Chicken Chimi and she had the Winner two point oh. They were both unique and excellent. I was a little jealous of her fries and aioli. The cocktails were also well balanced and delicious.

What amazingly creative food. Broad bold flavors and incredibly indescribable fusion. It is on my favorites of the cities.

I had their Brussel sprouts-awesome! First time for lunch. The bar is the only side open. I must say I didn't really like eating out of the to-go container, but food was still great.

The most unique and fun new dining ambiance I have found in a long time. Awesome dining experience. Food is good. Not as Korean inspired as I would have liked, but different and tasty.

I was at The Rabbit Hole while their happy hour menu was active so this is fairly limited. However, I can strongly recommend the Harold & Kumar Poutine. Traditional poutine is really boring compared to how The Rabbit Hole's pork curry gravy and all the other embellishments take it to a much better level. Super service. Free WiFi.

The food is delicious. However, for the portion sizes, it is way overpriced. I would visit again, but only if I was craving a certain dish unique to this restaurant.

Ummm found my new favorite spot for interesting Korean-inspired street food! Get the Rice Rice Baby. Wouldn't mind a few more greens to balance the meat, but YUM.

This is probably the best food I've eaten in quite some time. Weeks later, I'm still craving their rice bowl, and no other restaurant has been able to satisfy that craving. Soooo much flavor! Service is fast and friendly, location is convenient with parking ramp right across the street, and ambience is really cool. Cocktails were stellar-not too sugary sweet, but not too "artsy" either. My husband's one critique would be what he called "thimble sized" water glasses, which he was refilling every few minutes 😂 very minor critique in the overall scheme of things.

Such an amazing little gem in the twin cities.... everything is amazing. They do such a great job with everything they do. If you like Asian fusion this is hands down the best place in the twin city area. The lunch deals are awesome, the dinner menue is even better. I can not say enough about the place. Owners are great (transplants from the west coast) and they brought the west coast Asian fusion to the mid west. They have a great craft beer selection, wine and whisky. Try it, order anything and it will be great. Cool atmosphere too.... great date night or drinks and apps with friends.

Food and cocktails were excellent. There is a very good beer list with lots of local and regional breweries represented. Service was friendly. Even though the physical seats aren't the most comfortable (drafting stools?) I am very excited to go back and try the rest of the menu.

Creative and ever evolving menu revolving around Korean cuisine, but much more than that. The bop bowls are a must have.
