The Grand Cafe used to be our go-to place before it changed ownership. When Jamie Malone came onboard, we decided to hold off until a special occasion given the price increases. It's definitely special-occasion worthy. As a designer, I consider it one of the best restaurant interiors in Minneapolis.
Brunch. Grand Cafe is such a pleasant space to eat great food. The French omelet and eggs Benedict were perfect and so delicious. The chicken liver doughnuts were a nice blend of savory and sweet. Professional service. Tasty mimosas. I can’t wait to go back.

Great service and great food. Staff is attentative and knowledgable. The food pushes the envelope just a tad on what most would be comfortable with, which is a good thing. You find yourself being adventurous, trying things you normally wouldnt.
We went here for a special dinner and it was amazing. The food was incredible and the staff did such a great job with the Covid guidelines and still made it a really relaxing meal. I can't wait to go back and experience their food again.
This is a very upscale, French Bistro. It really has high quality Cuisine and you get what you pay for!
