We had a large party and the staff handled it with no problem food was on point waiter was great and got our orders in correctly. Overall our party was satisfied with the service and food options. We would definitely be back again. This place has music and a bar upstairs with seating for dining throughout the place. “Bang bang wings” 🔥🔥

A long time member of the Uptown restaurant scene, Chino Latino has awesome food and atmosphere to make a special night out even better. The menu features a neat fusion between Latin and Asian cuisine, and fused in a way that brings out the best of the pairings. In addition to some really unique items, like Senegalese curry (pictured) and a wide variety of sushi (also pictured), the appetizer, drink and dessert menus have received equal attention to make this place one of my favorite places to go. A few pointers for those planning a first visit. (1) Have a reservation if you plan on going on a Friday or Saturday night. This place gets busy quick and the bar will fill up even faster. (2) Menu items are sized for sharing with the table, so be careful not to order a ton of things. You'll end up with a great doggy bag, but a pretty high bill as well. (3) If there's one knock on the place, it's the loudness of the dining area once it gets full. An intimate conversation will be challenging when you can't hear your partner that well. Then again, if you want to be loud with friends, this is a place to go.

Great friendly atmosphere it gets loud but its manageable and the food was phenomenal with so many options and the drinks aren't too spendy and very good to. Keep in mind we went during an early happy hour and we will definitely be back. It was clean and the customer service was great.

Great ambience and vibrant! I was here on a Friday evening and it was packed. They do accept reservations online which is good. The drinks were really good. We had the classic Chino Mojito and the Fake Orgazmo. The appetizers were decent. We went with the sushi and it was OK not that great. I would recommend this place for going out with friends. Parking is limited to either street or a parking ramp close by. The street parking is around 2$/hr depending on the time you go. They also have valet and I believe it's around 7$. The restaurant is located in Calhoun Square, so you could walk around in this nice area. There is a lot of young crowd here.

It’s a great atmosphere and wonderful drinks! Definitely a bit more of a rowdy place. We had a low key dinner there but people around us were getting turnt! They definitely cater to people’s celebrations. Food is also wonderful.

Happy hour is the best! Great food. And fun cocktails. The hot tub cocktail bubbles for 15 plus mins. The desserts are huge!

One of our favorite places. Great spot for a large group or party. Large sharable meals is the name of the game. Get the sticky buns. Come hungry with friends. Awesome drink list. Super creative desserts. Great for people watching

My friends and I have had our birthday gatherings here. This was back in 2017. It was very fun and we ate some delicious food. There is often a period of time you need to wait for a table, so I would suggest making a reservation if you have more than two people. I was able to get a mocktail in a pineapple. For my friend and I, we received our pineapples with a sparkling candle for our birthdays. 💛 If you like to drink the beverages are good too. They’re too strong for me.
I gave them a 4-star rating because it always very loud and you have to yell at each other. And sometimes they’re so busy that you have to wait for too long for a drink refill or other service.
We had a party of 21 and we were stuck in a walkway that appeared to be a makeshift for our group. We were placed at round tables stuck together and it was awkward the way we were seated.

So glad Chino Latino has lasted with all of the changes uptown has gone through. Fun and somewhat upscale atmosphere. Good food with fun presentation. If you do not like to try food that is a little different you may not enjoy the food much, but I suggest you give it a try. $$$

Very very yummy restaurant. I was here last Wednesday celebrating my mom's birthday. The staff is very great especially our waiter. I don't remember his name, he was bald with a beard. He was very helpful going over the menu and giving us some recommendations to order. We ordered pad thai, sushi, Brazilian empanadas and the Cuban pork crisis which was my favorite thing we ordered. The music here made me want to get up on my table and start twerking and badly strip dance.

A great place to go if you want a fun atmosphere with amazing food! Absolutely love the firecracker wings, they are spicy though paired with the peanut sesame dipping sauce it's a whole lot of flavor going on.

Fantastic! Chino Latino has earned a reputation for great food in a fun atmosphere in my book. My friend’s birthday party was recently held at Chino Latino. We had 30+ people attend and reserved the lower section of the restaurant.
How it worked was that the server kept on walking through the party and you could order whatever you wanted. They then just put everything onto one bill for the host of the party to pay/split. We had all three tables in the middle of the section and we had a $1,000 minimum to reserve the tables. I would say the one bill thing is pretty inconvenient if you’re splitting the tab.
Our food and drinks were fantastic! We tried a few things. We had the cheese wontons, taquitos, hoisin spare ribs and quesadilla. I would recommend all of our food! I would also recommend the mojito.
Ultimately well worth the price!!

I do not really care for this place, but it does have really good food and a fun atmosphere. For as busy as they are the wait staff is very attentive as well! Wished our friend a happy birthday with their birthday shot! It's amazing!

Visited for restaurant week. pro-tip: very glad we made a reservation. it was slowish when we arrived at 5.30, but when we left there was a long line to be seated. portions were generous and food was good-- very spicy but still flavorful. drinks were interesting and strong. the cold noodles, pork buns, and orange chicken were table favorites. Dessert was exceptional (cant remember the name, but it had a chocolate base and a caramel sauce). fried ice cream was decent but too much coconut
