Lately, the drive-thru has been a lil slow, which kinda puts a damper on me having time to eat my lunch, but still great service. In 5 years of going there regularly, I have yet to see any missing items from my order. Also, the friendly girl at the second window (on weekends) is awesome.

Well uh nope it wasn't good I know people love it but not me. Why so fast. Then soggy by the time I get home. This is why I go to Mexican restaurants. Clean bathrooms better. Handicap parking . Crew some are rude and some polite. Sorry but 3rd time is not the charm

Always slow without fail. Food is good and employees are nice enough, though. But if you're in a hurry or don't have a lot of time, I wouldn't recommend.

The employees are all great but the food is just, not good. The taco meat at this location has been “watery” since they opened, the tortillas always stale and zero flavor (compared to any other Taco Bell). After the 2nd time of getting smelly slimy chicken when ordering drumsticks, we’ll never eat KFC again. I’m giving 3 stars bc it’s the actual food that’s horrible. The employees/cleanliness/and prices are all awesome, not their fault that particular location has subpar ingredients.

Honestly staff there seems like they have zero clue what they're doing. Took 25 mins to get my food (2 quesadilla's and a taco). While that was going in the employees were complaining about how people were coming to taco bell on memorial and they should be out BBQing instead.

This KFC must not know how to count , because we had ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket extra crispy the first time got 8 piece of chicken, then called and complained and got a free 10 piece today and guess what still only 8 piece and it's not even crispy at all and the chicken we got is all dried up and not very good ....so if you go here make sure you check your stuff before you leave. They don't get no stars from me I'm about to call corporate and see what they got to say

2 stars because I'm sure the employees try and they're usually nice but I NEVER get all of my food. Last night they wanted to make sure so asked if our order had the chicken Chipotle melts to which we replied yes. Got home and they weren't in there. Luckily I had leftovers for myself in the fridge but man are they getting all of my money and not even giving me what I pay for.
I get it, I can call and come get it or go another time but when you're exhausted, live 15 minutes away, and need to relieve the babysitter plus other things I just don't have the time or energy. I want what I ordered and paid for with everything else. My time and gas are worth more and it's sad this is a CONSTANT issue.
I'll add I've been driving farther to another location but last night we were across the street and needed something fast

Wow worst taco bell I've been to hard taco shells where rancid, I told them bout it they did exchange it with soft and where kind about it. Just becareful kfc was told was good.
