We loved this place and the owners. The grilled cheese was awesome and the squash soup was delicious. One of the great things about this place is if you can dream up a sandwich or pizza they will create it for you as long as they have the ingredients.

Today I was rushing as always, time was getting late paying bills, thinking I did not plan a meal for lunch today. While I was at Toledo Finance I decided to stop in and check out this place Brazos Market & Bistro.Thought my friend Sadie would be there. As soon as I walked it fell in love with it . First because my eyes caught the big 15" Iron Skilllet. Heck I think it could have been a 18". Then all the nick naks they have. So as I am there I am greeted by a very nice lady (forgot her name) but I asked for a menu and wated to place an order. Something I could eat later. As she is discussing the menu. I start telling her how I have completely change my diet and needed something lite. She went on about the food and finally she suggested a sandwich with Turkey and other good stuff. So a sandwich it was. So I go home and take a bite, and i have got to give it to her that first bite was very good that I had to call her and tell how good it was lol. Again she told me her name and I forgot, but THANK YOU!!!!! You know who you are �
