I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

I stopped by here instead of my usual Dunkin by total accident. But just walked away with a happy cup of coffee and an even happier person. The staff here are so sweet, the ladies at the counter are such kind souls. Adds a big helping of ❤️ to the classic Dunkin coffee!!!

Friendly staffs and very patient. I had coupons from T-Mobile Tuesday that I have to load on my phone plus the DD app to earn points. The staff did not mind we have to wait for the screen to load on the phone. Also said bye and have a great day after we leave. Very good customer service. Other DD has employees with accents and poor English. This location was easily to talk to and understand everything.

Not too busy. Great if you are going east. Service is not always quick, but quality and price is good. They also have Baskin Robbins, so for the summer, a double threat.
