Pizza Factory

This is one of my favorite spots in Minden to eat for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend coming here. It is under new management and the new owner is helpful and cares about the customer. They have a wide variety of food besides pizzas. They have gluten free crust, cauliflower crust and a great menu of other entrees and appetizers. The lunch special is a great deal: you get a 2 topping mini pizza with a drink for under $10. Great place to go with a group of people to have a flavorful meal. I am full-blooded Italian and I know what pizza should be like. And Pizza Factory makes pizza with a crust that they make in Italy. The light and bubbly hand tossed type crust is amazing. And as a full-blooded Italian when I want pizza as real as home in Italy I go to Pizza Factory. Excellent pizza. I still give them five stars but I have one complaint, they have several TVs on several stations and they need to put things that are sporty or entertaining and not politically type stations. May offend some people. If it's all sports you can't hurt anybody but if you put on a news channel that favors a party, not a good idea. I owned Two Italian restaurants in my life and I always kept the entertainment neutral so that everyone's happy and I kept politics out of my business has even things that people may wear in my staff that could be offensive. We're here to make money and serve the best Italian food and that's how all businesses should be. Keep your decorations neutral and do your best cooking. With the best service.
