I ordered the party pack crunchy tacos the one that is offered through door dash with no sour cream. They all had sour cream except 2. I requested 12 crunchy tacos and all were soft tacos except 2. I am very disappointed because I ordered the same item before and it was just right by the same restaurant. I don't know if the worker didn't understand the order or just didn't care.

Day shift always does such a great job, but evening/night shift needs help. I always have a problem if I ever try to get Taco Bell for dinner. My husband and I went last night and the drive thru was not accessible, another customer had to back out of the drive thru and leave as well. We tried to go in and order on the kiosk at about 9:30pm and the doors were locked. We left. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but why even be open if there’s no way for anybody to get food?

Not one person in the restaurant. 2 ladies at front looking at us, not talking. Major attitude. Counting the register. Finished counting while our family is just standing there. Would not come to the register. We left after 7 minutes. Horrible.

I Came To Taco Bell Tonight I Had Been Thru At Least Three Time Night Crew Is Just So Horrible 🤦🏾♀️ I Had Absolutely No Meat On None Of My Tacos So I Spoke With 3 Managers In Charge One Of Them States They Was Tired And That I Better Eat The Meat That Was On There The Other One Stated She Wasnt Remaking Nothing ..This Is Ridiculous! This used to be 1 of my favorite fast food joints, however it now has the rudest manager at the drive thru window and and the food is always just thrown together. Good luck

Every single time we come here our orders are always wrong. We get shorted food, or given the wrong order all together. I understand things happen, but come on.. this shouldn't happen every single time.
