FEE is absolutely wonderful at what she does. Is she really knows how to make customers happy and leave with a smile on their face. I had the privilege of FEE taking my order. She even recommended some extra toppings that make my sub more delicious. Thank you cousin subs for having this wonderful woman at this location. I will be back.
On Wednesday 4/12/2023 around 9PM, my husband went to the drive thru, there were just 2 employees working at this time. When I tell you this team of 2 did an amazing job. We had ordered 5 1/2 subs with fries and they got the order correct and was nice. My husband was not in a hurry so he let her know that there was no rush. We had tried calling to place the order but they were not taking call ins after 9. These 2 deserve a paid day off. With all that was going on they still delivered great customer service...Thank you and our food was good!
Better service and quality than you will find at most fast food places on the Northside. Employees are respectful and online ordering was on time.
Today went to the location on Appleton the team tonight was great the cook fantastic they Customer service Was perfect funny thing was i wasn't there my boys was. I was on the phone Thanks for great customer service 2/21/23 and I think it was all gentlemen 🙂 in there.
Under my sandwich my bread was split and all of the meat and cheese was falling out

The day shift 18 year old manager, was on top of her team, respectful, courteous, and suggestive to meet my vegan needs. Her people skills made me happy, it was a pleasure ☺ having her wait on me. My veggie sub was most enjoyable because of this experience.
My husband and I worked very hard today and we both were too tired to try and make food so we went out and found ourselves at Cousins.
We walked in and we were greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel so welcome by the girl that took care of us. Our food came quickly and it was awesome!! In the middle of eating the girl that took care of our order asked if everything was okay and we wholeheartedly said, “Yes.” I asked her for her name and she said Kay and that she was the manager! She was sweet, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and young!! 😊
I’m sure that she is a great manager, attitude is everything! Thanks Kay... we’ll be back!
I was not asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted,which I did,cause I noticed right away it taste different,not being toasted,cause I enjoy the subs,best around,but not being toasted makes a different. The cashier was nice and friendly,otherwise would have a five star rating
