I ordered two hot subs, but then I got busy and couldn't pick them up on time. Cousins employees were smart and nice enough to realize I was running behind so they put them in the warmer. Thanks for keeping my sandwiches warm cousins!!
Convenient alternative to other fast food options. Going inside can take a little time so highly recommend calling ahead and picking up in the drive thru. Generally friendly workers. Personally like the French fries and cookies (when the cookies aren’t burned)
Very clean compared to others I've been in. I ordered a steak cheddar with bacon on garlic herb 🍞. I ended up getting the chicken instead. It tasted so good is why I didn't complain. Thanks to the cook, I have new favorite sandwich. The 🍞 was fresh. It tasted so good.
Suburbia wasn't open so we went Cousin's instead. A good alternative to my favorite!
Subs here are great.
I removed a star because we had free sub coupons from another store due to a service issue and the staff was a bit combative over them since they were indeed expired by a month... But we we were given the coupons a week ago.
Visited restaurant Friday 7/23rd @ 3pm, had a very pleasant visit. There were 3 girls working, all in a good mood and friendly.
Food was excellent as always, double cheese steak with fries & cheese curds.
The Hales Corners Cousins was so excellent. I did not realize that their suns would make a birthday for my grandson so special. So well prepared and boxed with care. The subs were so well prepared, fresh, and saved so much work for me. I actually had time to sit down and to enjoy myself. I was pleased that nutritionally it was a few steps better than the repetitive pizza.
Ever since I tried this cousins I haven’t been to any other sub place! Food always tastes fresh, is prepared quickly, and comes in generous portions.
The drive through is an added perk for those who order over the phone or online! The less I have to leave my car in winter the better
clean, great subs make to your liking Hot or Cold lot's of snacks to go with sub's. Very polite staff, family type environment. Fair pricing, plus carry outs. They offer soup's salad's,chip'c,soda.
Ordered for pickup went through their drive thru, very easy with good people. Have eaten a few times and always made just how I order it with no mistakes and great food.
