I came here straight from dialysis, expecting to have some French toast sticks 🤤. I have been wanting those French toast sticks for five days now I finally got here in enough time. And the Burger King team explained to me that they have been out of French toast sticks for TWO weeks 🤯😱😓 that’s unacceptable 😶. I’m only giving them 5 stars ⭐️ for the customer service was immaculate personalities 🤗. And I ordered a whopper with CHEESE, which normally I never do I’m telling y’all that whopper changed my life for the better 😍🥰🤤. Great taste 👅 great job great customer service 😇 keep it going BK 👏 restock those French toast sticks cause the next time I come, and there’s not any, I’m going to give you ZERO stars ✨🙄😒. TWO weeks is unacceptable 🫠😑.

I’m in shock the new General Manager at this store was incredible. I never seen anyone before do what she done today it was only her and one other employee taking drive thru and in store orders she treated each guest like they were important she look so young I couldn’t believe she was the actual store manager she kept a smile on her face and communicated with each person as if they where the main priority she explained that we had worked with the company for over 5 years and she is new in her position. Of fooled me the way she handled things you would think she had been in her Position longer then a month. I can see this store going a long way long as she in the person in charge everything was good and hot I have no complaints she is top tier with her customer service skills finally I good one. Even the cook was getting order out fast no upset customers and she apologized that they were short staff but to be honest they way them two handle everything you wouldn’t believe they were actually short staff if I could give more the 5 stars I would keep up the good

Excellent customer service, it seems like the place is running on a new management now. We had our order taken and it took a bit of time but it was worth it because the food was well-made. We didn't see any rushing but also not wasting time, there was a good rhythm in the environment to be seen. Take-out customers had as much attention as drive-thru customers. Workers are good tempered.

The food was hot and tasty. The manager, who is always working very hard, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and gave me A1 service. There was only 1 other couple in the dining room so it was nice and quiet

I was at this location having lunch. The general manager is absolutely phenomenal. His care and the way he interacts with the customers was incredible to watch. I had to ask for his name. Martez really truly is outstanding to his customers and for that reason alone will bring me back to this location. Keep up the great work Martez!!
