Sorry to read all of the bad experiences, but, ours was totally opposite. Cashier and sandwich maker were very nice. Lots of smiles and helpful. Food was very fresh and made the way we requested. Was the music loud? Sure. But it’s that way at all Jimmy John’s that we’ve been in. Sandwiches were as delicious as we had hoped and expected! Thanks, ladies!

This location has some of the nicest staff. They are always apologetic and make things right when something is wrong, or they're out of certain ingredients. The other day I ordered, and they were out of my usual Vito. They substituted turkey and bacon for me, and even gave me a complimentary cookie and soda. Love getting a sandwich here on my lunch—fresh and quick! Say what you want, but these people are awesome and do the best they can during the busiest times. This is always one of my go-tos for this reason.

Forget the negative reviews about late delivery. Some people must not understand that every place is desperate for help. Be patient! I ordered late thinking it would be faster, but not the case. But I understood that they must be short staffed. So I just made sure my order would be at my house within the time they were open (it was). They even gave me a large drink instead of regular. Kudos to the employees for hanging in there and putting up with Karen's and Kevin's.

Fantastic Experience, I placed my order with a very friendly salesperson and I got my usual Italian night club with peppers so he suggested a paring of Dijon mustard, which by the way, was spot-on. After they dropped off my food which is the peak of dinner time, so it wasn't easy to make it Freaky Fast, so I decided to tip him well. The delivery guy came back to the door and said that he noticed that I like spicy, so he tossed me a bag of their jalapeno flavored Jimmy chips! What a great team! So much better than their neighbors at Taco Bell, they should have their employees Shadow these guys!!
