I'm always at McDonald's because I really love the caramel frappe other than that everything makes me sick. I can eat the chicken nuggets though, McDonald's is just for people under the age of 10. Lol

I came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I was surprised with the speed, friendliness, and efficiency of the drive-through staff. I had stopped coming here years ago because of how poor the service and speed used to be. Now I will return more often.

Hey ice coffee with cream and 3 extra pumps of sugar.
Window black ice with no cream and the order taker and gent with long hair yells out you told me no cream when I asked for cream please.
Wish they would record orders and follow up with employees of customer relations and how not to correct the customer that ordered cream in the ice coffee.
Not hard to understand and to take the order and co firm with the customer does everything on the screen look right. Customer why yes thank you for double checking.
But never saw a total nor asked and asked to pull around to pay the total.
Ice coffee was great with the cream in it so thank you for correcting.

Just went through their drive thru & met the NICEST, most polite man at the second drive thru window every step of the way. Above and beyond the level of politeness and courtesy you would expect. Super great experience.

Customer service is beyond great, it's fantastic. I will say that the franchisee should look into updating the point of sale system, because I have made multiple mobile orders and for some reason, the system at this location don't get my mobile orders right a way, I have to wait at least 30-45 minutes until my order is fulfilled. There has to be a better system in place to assure that customers are being satisfied in a timely manner.
