Freaky fast as always. I want to give a BIG shout out to the staff person with the earlobe plugs (?) .. he was super friendly! Greeted me when I came in, incredibly polite, thanked me for my order, even made a little small talk and STILL had my sandwich ready before I had my soda cup filled. I like Jimmy John's but I don't think anyone would call them friendly or pleasant as a matter of course. He really stood out!! I was in kind of a hurry so I didn't get any pics but I wanted to make sure he got kudos!

I usually order through the app and for the most part my orders are correct except forgetting to cut in half, Send napkins AND Straw. Today 1/17/23 I ordered and ended up calling the restaurant because I usually have my sandwich w/in 30 min... Today though it took over an hour, I have limited time for lunch- I work at the hospital. I submitted my order @ 11:55am, I did not receive my food until 1:15...Food was edible but my soda was not cold. They did remember the straw this time though! Hope they can find more workers to help out... I love JJ - they're usually "freaky fast" but not today. For $27 I would've appreciated some communication that they were running behind.

I had ordered 7 sandwiches for delivery and we got our order in less than 20 minutes and every sandwich was made to our customization! The best JJ's!

I really appreciate everything this Jimmy John's has ever done! My dog freaked out the delivery driver and they still managed to deliver the sandwich. It really was above and beyond and it really is appreciated!! My dog is friendly and known to be harmless but he will attempt to herd anything he can. It's unfortunate he's a country dog living in the city. I appreciate the delivery driver putting forth more effort than could be expected!! I would say this Jimmy John's goes above and beyond for their deliveries!! They are extremely highly recommended!!

Fast - yep! I always got my order exactly as I requested it, sooner than I thought even Jimmy Johns was capable of. I've moved a little bit north, but I'll be ordering from Jimmy Johns as soon as I'm back in the home office, downtown.

Service was decent. Despite us coming in on one of the busiest days of the year, our food was still made very promptly and made well. Everything tasted good as expected and the store was relatively clean, bathrooms were too. Seating is plenty also and prices are standard.

This is one of the best Jimmy John's I've been to. Always fresh ingredients and always very quick. Honestly, avoid the one on oakland if you can (i'll drive the extra distance). This one is worth it. I've never had a complaint with my food.
