The half salad and side soup combo is a great filling lunch! Everything I've tried has been very tasty. The staff is also wonderful : very friendly and helpful with samples.
I’d never been to a Zoup! before but the service at this one has made me a fan. I didn’t catch the woman working’s name but she had blue hair. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. When we tried the samples she gave us her honest opinion on each soup in a way that felt genuine and not the slightest bit overbearing. With the soup also being delicious, it made for a great lunch experience.
The food is well worth the wait and the price is reasonable. The have different soups each day, and soups that are constant.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I wish that more places would have other drink choices besides soda. I love that some places have the infused waters, and lemonade sweetened with honey and fruit pieces.
It is worth a try.
The customer service was awesome. The staff made me feel so welcomed to sit and eat even though they closed in 15 minutes. The teens that served me that evening were not at all anxious to end their shifts!
The soup was really good! I sampled a few before ordering the lobster bisque which was really rich! I also ordered a sandwich that tasted really fresh! My favorite is the Italian bread!

My husband told me about this place years ago but I had never heard of it before, so I wasn't interested. Finally he convinced me to try it and I regret having not gone earlier! The soup is delicious! You can get bread bowls, soup & sandwiches, and even soup flights! The people working are always in a good mood and super friendly, and they offer samples (which is great for someone super indecisive, like me). If you haven't had Zoup yet, go, now.
The Milwaukee Zoup location is outstanding. The food, across the board, is great. The soup is the main feature and it never fails to be outstanding. The Pepper Steak is my personal favorite but all the flavors I’ve tried have been excellent. The Milwaukee location as managed by Natalie is first rate. She does a very professional job. I make a point of stopping for food every week when I’m in town. I’d give it more stars if I could. This place is excellent.
Was looking for something different came across this place which was really nice. Good customer service. They have really delicious soups many to choose from. You are even able to sample the soups. Wasnt impressed by the bread bowl. The pricing is average. But will be coming back!
Great food. Good amount for the money! It is great that they let you try the soups before you order, so you can tell if you like it before getting a whole bowl. And with them offering 12 soups a day, that is an awesome thing!
Surprisingly good soup - and it is nice to be able to sample soups before committing. However, I would rather support one of the several local soup shops like Soup Brothers or the Soup House or that place in the Public market whose name I can never remember.
This place wreaks of a chain restaurant that poorly compensates its young employees. But to each their own. Enjoy your zoup.
Large variety of soups, healthy selection of salads, decent list of sandwiches. Fast service, simple decor. On street parking. Parking lot to the rear of the building with a great view of the city. Safe, tasty & efficient.
Amazing!!!! Place very clean and the girls excellent. I will come back soon. By the way my favorite is Chicken Tortilla. So yummy. We need more places like this one. Go try. Zoup are outstanding. Stunning flavor and great variety.
