I had high hopes while visiting this Outpost location as I know this is where the "central kitchen" is located ( where they cook, bake, and prepare all the foods for all Outpost locations). The store resembled almost exactly to the Wauwatosa location in size. I was expecting more variety and a larger scale of quantity on items. One of the bakery items I wanted was sold out, and I asked for more, unfortunately the staff didn't want to be bothered by my inquiry. The store was clean and well organized. They offer a fresh juice/ smoothie bar, and there is a small seating area to enjoy. The decor and accents are modern and inviting. Pricing is about average for similar organic products. Overall the store is good, but customer service could be improved.
Love this location. Friendly staff and great cafe! Honestly with regular grocery store prices the way they are, this place isn’t that expensive for better quality. Grateful that this in my community and appreciate the workers! THANK YOU!
Another shinning example of what NOT to expect from the Mequon Outpost location. Vibrant, alive, clean, inviting, customer focused and friendly. Bayview location by far the best! Gold standard.
I've been a member/ owner of this co-op for a number of years and have always loved the place. It just has a different vibe from any other place you'll go, from the path through shady flowerbeds on the way in, through the fast-but-personal and friendly checkout, you'll feel valued and welcome. Yesterday we stopped for a sandwich at their cafe. My picky husband was pleased with their "wrapped to go and share " roast beef, while I had a large, tasty gluten -free banana chocolate chip muffin and chai tea latte. Their newly remodeled,.post- covid seating area is comfortable, attractive with lots of natural lighting from huge windows. So check it out, and enjoy.
Huge selection of organic groceries and produce. Excellent beer and wine selection. Delicious café with rotating menu, always something good to get!
I will only shop here for my produce. And usually for everything else. The people are very nice who work there. And the food is clean and organic and it’s very much like Home. I would definitely refer the Outpost to friends and family.
We met for a later lunch . Food was good and moderately priced. Coffee was ok, taste wad a little off.
Used their Wi-Fi while we were there.

I enjoy coming here to order food and sit in their dining area. Employees are very nice and helpful. Their bulk department has lots of products, and many bakery items taste really good. Produce is fresh and well kept. To go prepackaged lunch items are convenient.
