Watch Your Receipts! Got a Living Social voucher and decided to go try it out; workers at the counter were not helpful, and would barely answer my questions. After ordering they rang through my voucher, swiped my credit card (for the additional costs), and asked me to sign a receipt that didn't include the breakdown of prices but, as I could see, was clearly an overcharge. Requested an itemized receipt to point out how my voucher did not ring up correctly and then had to wait while they tried to figure it out... with no apologies. Got home to "Enjoy" dry beef, overcooked kielbasa, and a half order of coleslaw(the size I ordered was only filled barely over halfway). Not impressed.

We stopped coming to this location several years ago. We didn't get great service (when they 1st opened they were awesome, but went downhill after awhile). We found the location we really liked was now closed so we went back here today by Miller Park again. But sadly, its still the same. We ordered an XL pack, they didn't ask what meat we wanted just started cutting up meats. At this point there was a few guys with no food, we assumed they were making an order for them 1st and would ask what meats we wanted. Never did. Didn't ask what sauce we wanted just grabbed original (from a jar so its cold). We've ordered 1 particular side before, the baked potato casserole which always came with cheese on top, theres no cheese. So they ring us up and we were like, wait, whats even in the bags? The 2 just looked at us like we were stupid. And we remembered fast why we stopped coming here, the customer service sucks. Got home and realized the bread they gave us was stale. And normally theres onions and pickles.. which there wasn't. For $65 I expect more, or at least consistency. We will be doing less Dickeys and only the Waukesha location from now on.

Worst barbeque I've had in a very long time. The brisket was tough and bland, the ribs were small and mostly bone, the rolls we're rock hard and the sauces tasted old. The staff couldn't care less about the product they are serving and the manager just shrugged. I used to take my daughter her often and I will never come back.

I haven't been here in quite a while and I decided to use my Entertainment Coupon. I ordered a 2 meat plate. The selection is good, but the meat is a bit dry since it comes off of a plastic wrapped chunk of meat that is taken out of a steamer/warmer type of metal refrigerator looking contraption. No extra sauce is added to it. I purchased 2 plates. Brisket, pulled pork, and turkey with 4 sides. The meats were somewhat warm except for the Turkey which was cold. I must say the flavors were excellent. I just wish they had been sauced up a bit. The sides were hot and tasted great. Overall, worth what I paid with my coupon.

I was so excited to see a Dicky's here! We visit a couple times a month, and Normally this establishment gets 5 stars from me... Tonight not so much. I'm giving them 2 stars because at least the employee was polite. I went in and ordered my usual plate (Tuesdays) because the ribs are my favorite. The ribs usually fall off the bone, and I can literally eat them without any BBQ sauce, because they are seasoned so well, and the meat is tender and moist. I got home and couldn't wait to dig in..... I was disappointed to say the least. My ribs were so dry that I couldn't even chew the top layer. It's was ROCK hard. I called to speak with a manager, and was told he left for the evening. I don't understand how no one was in charge?? The price of the food is expensive, but it's usually worth it. I guess we'll have to find a different BBQ place now. Which is sad, because the food use to be so good 😞

I can't really recommend this place as my overall experience was pretty awful. I placed an online order for the pulled pork with about 1 dollars worth of extras on it. Once I got there, only then, was I told that the extras that I was charged for were not available. The employee also refused to refund my dollar because I had already paid, so I was essentially charged more for nothing in return. But it was only a 1 dollar loss so I wasn't going make a big deal about it. Once I went to go and collect the sauce for my meal, I was accosted by some lady who the employees seemed to have no issue with her soliciting what may or may have not been stolen goods from Macy's within their store. It was really quite tacky and left a bad taste in my mouth about this location. I was willing to overlook the initial impression that was presented to me, but what really made sure that I would never end up coming back to this restaurant was that my meal was just not good. The pork was incredibly dry, tough and lukewarm like it had been sitting out for a long time. Nor did any of the toppings or sauce help to add any flavor to my sandwich. So to sum it up. Bad food, bad employees and bad policy. If for whatever reason you need to go to a chain barbecue restaurant near by, just go to Famous Dave's.

Food was great! Ribs were cooked so tender! The chicken was well seasoned and the green beans are the best! And of course the creamy mac n cheese! Pleasant staff, everyone was so nice and helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience! Will be coming back with friends and family
