Great pub! A must when I'm in town. A nice place where you can have a pint and some good conversation. If the upstairs is open ask for a sneak peek.
Best place and best people ever!
Kind, friendly people who know what they are doing and the house looks so wicked cool you have to see it to understand. The upstairs is incredible. In the summer there is a large patio and a garage bar as well. Great selection of beers and wiskies both scotch and Irish. Of you haven't been there your missing it. And if ya don't go, that just means that a seat is open for me . Awesome people just saying.
Definitely needs a major cleaning especially by the bar/remove the old carpet (not pictured) but this Is a cool, eclectic Irish bar with a lot of history and heritage. With a bit of an overhaul i would definitely come back. Friendly owners too.
Fantastic ambience. Truly an authentic Irish bar and among the best I've ever been to. As the old proverb says "come as strangers and leave as friends". Paddy pours a mean Guinness. Highly recommended.
This place is a true gem. One of a kind atmosphere with eclectic decor and plenty of space. Comfy chairs, a cozy fireplace, friendly bartenders and cheap drinks. The place is older and could use a deep clean, but the coziness makes up for it. If you enjoy meandering around an antique mall, you'll LOVE this bar.
Lovely bar with incredible decor and stained glass. No doubting this place is Irish! Very fun on St Paddy's day!
Awesome pizza! Nice beer selection too. Had the deep dish with chicken, bacon, extra cheese, and pineapple. Our friend said a spicy pizza. I thought ours with the extra cheese was better.
My friend and I wandered past it one evening and peeked inside the courtyard and were so intrigued we walked thru the narrow courtyard filled with concrete tables and statuary and went inside. It was so charming in an old world way. We were told there is entertainment on Thursday night but were too late to catch it. The bartenders were very friendly and a delight to spend time talking with. Will go back.
Such a quaint location. The bar tender was delightful. The outdoor patio will be great in the nicer weather. Tough to find the entrance, but it was a great experience.
Milwaukee’s best Irish Pub for sure! Patty - the owner and namesake - is always behind the pine. So much Irish art, furniture and live music. Two taps of Guinness. Big, beautiful outdoor garden area.
It smells like burnt trash
I was forced to listen to the three classless bores who call themselves “the owners” drink excessively and yell over each other all night. The blonde skinny waitress called me a name I cannot type when I asked for a white wine. There is also a feeling of being stabbed at any moment. There was also a homeless man who is called “rickety cricket” going into the bathroom to smoke “PCP” I would have to declare paddy’s the worst bar in Milwaukee
I love this bar to death! Perfect cozy feeling and I love the Irish decor and interior. Their patio is amazing too.
