Every location I've been to has been great! Good subs and sides. Most of the locations have a drive-through for convenience, and if you sign up for an account, you'll get rewards like a free cookie or a % off your next sub.

Clean outside, clean inside. Jason was super friendly and I asked for sauted jalapenos which were grilled to perfection, ask for ur fries crispy if you like a little bite like me!

The girl with the pink hair (wish I caught her name) in the drive thru was amazing and made my night better. Had a great vibe. The food was better than usual and service was outstanding! So glad I can write a great review! It’s been awhile as the service industry is struggling.

Went for a midnight snack. I have never had a bad experience with Cousin's subs. I really like their subs over Subway. Subway's bread always tastes like yeast. Also I've had several bad experiences with Subway. I will go out of my way to get Cousin's over Subway!!

Wow had to edit last review again can't put in a new review. Had to said best sandwich ever but I got a personally email from manager Jason. They really made it right. Hope they are consistent in future. My only concerns are not being able to leave a review but new reviews 5 stars kinda of suspicious.

The employees here are poised and professional through the lunch rush managing a line of cars with a lot of menu items that take longer to make. The subs were made well and all correct. With the employment shortage you’re not finding this everywhere and they deserve a good review!

They were fast courteous and prompt. Also the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen .I work for the Salvation Army not making the top dollar.lol But doing the most good so the coupon was pretty cool

If a place closes at 9, should the fryer be off and cold at 8:30 already? Should they be locking the door at 8:40 already? I guess it depends on corporate policies. Sandwiches were exactly correct and delicious, and service was spot on, no faults there.

After 25 years of eating Cousins Cheesesteaks they are still the best ever. Iv been living in Florida for years and every time I'm back in Milwaukee the first two things I do is get a Cousin's Cheesesteak and then a fish fry.
I wish that someone would open a franchise in West Palm Beach because driving 1300 miles for a sub is getting harder to do....lol
