Nostalgic atmosphere for conversation & a cocktail or three.
The quesadilla was a great accompnient with my wine. Not the Henry's of the past, but very close.

So cool to find a cozy, locals "dive" bar in such a bougie neighborhood. Super friendly patrons and regulars. Bar is small though, but they have tables too. Will be back!

Solid divey pub that (feels like it) hasn't changed since I was last here over a decade ago. Having just returned from living abroad and sorely missing that familiar dive atmosphere, I definitely mean that in a good way. The bartender was a jovial dude who served us with warmth, apologizing profusely for a tap being finicky. Clientele is a motley crew but the music was solidly sing-along-able, and the seating is comfortable enough even for us tall folk.

I had never thought to go here until the whole Pizza dude plumbing-gate, but this place is a must visit. And definitely try the food. Nothing fancy, just well prepared and tasty!

Always fine service and a quirky crowd. Great quality bar food. A joint where you can strike up a conversation with a stranger and not regret it. Nice selection of single malt Scotch.
Update October 2020: perfect covid19 protections in place. Henry's is a gem. Real friggin Milwaukee rtf here.

Henry's... is nothing short of a miraculous temple. I was a man with no name before I stepped into Henry's. I feel now like I have a purpose. Henry's serves wonderful drinks, exceptional food, and some of the friendliest faces you'll encounter in all of your travels. Just one time in your life, wherever you live, try to make your way to Henry's. I promise you, whoever you may be, Henry's can be your home away from home, and the family you always dreamed of.
