Cafe India

Got the chicken tikka masala, seekh kabob, samosas, garlic naan and 2 drinks. The food was amazing, definitely a go to spot to pick up some Indian food. This was definitely enough food for 3ish people, but split it amongst 2. The total was about 42$. They also said that they are building a bar in the near future which will be interesting to see.

For a "fast food" style Indian restaurant I can not say enough good things about it. The Gobi Manchurian had the perfect amount of spice for me to appreciate it, and the serving size was larger than I expected it to be for the price. The lamb curry was perfectly cooked and smelled amazing, my mouth actually watered as soon as I opened the container. Once again it was seasoned perfectly with a generous amount of lamb in the curry sauce.

I was directed to try this place by my coworkers. I went in person to order for pick-up, and get the daily special (potato and cauliflower masala with rice) and a mango lassi. The server was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, flavorful, cheap, and fast. My one issue was that the food was super mild, and I was expecting at least a little bit of a kick. The lassi was so-so, but that's okay, it was still good. Will definitely be going back!

This is my favourite and go to place for indian food. They are always very welcoming and friendly. We love most of the items.Specially the butter chicken,korma, alo gobi sabji, Shahi paneer, halwa, bhatura, puri sabji are our favourite. See, the favourite list is long!! If you are in/near Milwaukee, you should visit the place for indian food.

The owners and the staff were friendly. I went with my colleague and her friends. They offered many complimentary food since my colleague’s friends are students. We had multiple food items which were really tasty 😋. We had food multiple times during our stay in Milwaukee downtown. I would recommend the place for the quality, price and the service. The price is very less compared to the other places. This is a not big restaurant rather a small eating station with few tables. This is a self service restaurant. I will really go back to this every time I feel to eat Indian food.

I don’t usually post on reviews or anything but I just had to. First time going there. From where I was born in England there would be Indian restaurants around every corner.since I moved to America it’s been really to hard to find something with good prices and taste. I can finally say I found one. The food was really tasty, great flavour. The price for what I got was pretty good. Can’t wait to go back again. Definitely something I will tell everyone about it
