This place was amazing! If I had 10 stars I would give that! Super affordable prices for a super high quality authentic food! Coconut cream soup was so fresh and delicious - $5.50, where other places charge $9 for a tiny cup... 2 appetizers, 1 soup, 3 sushi rolls - $50! On a Saturday night, in Bayview! I would definitely be back!

Went in on a Saturday night at 5:00 with a party of 8 and had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated (they do not take reservations ). The wait, however, was worth it. This small restaurant left a big impact with its cozy space, quick service, and delicious food! For starters, we ordered the pork buns and gyoza. The "buns" were fluffy and soft, and the pork belly was tender and juicy. The gyoza was modestly sized with a nice crispy bottom and tender veggies inside. The ramen bowls were generously portioned, served with classic ramen noodles (Udon is not an option). The assortment of sushi and sashimi we ordered was fresh, tender, and delectable. All well presented. Everything we had here was absolutely delicious. I had read good things about this spot, and I am glad we tried it out. I would definitely go back and try more!

Been looking for a sushi place in Milwaukee that is as good as Chicago and this is the place!! I ordered different types of Sashimi to sample the freshness of their fish and it was amazing! Nice and cold, soft and fresh. The presentation was impressive and well thought out. Their selection of rolls are impressive and very creative. The Black Tokyo roll blew my mind, highly recommend. Good selection of Sake to chose from and different wines. You might have to wait for seating but it is definitely worth every minute. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing but was a little loud from all the people talking. Definitely coming back as this will be my new go to spot for sure. Thank you to the owner and all of the staff for bringing this gem to our city ❤️

Yum! Yum! Yum! My husband and I received a gift card and we were excited to try it out! I’m not sure if they do take advanced reservations, I had looked online but didn’t see anything. We went on a Friday evening so it was a little busy, we waited about 20 minutes for a table. The restaurant was plenty busy with all tables filled and plenty of to go orders going out. We wanted to try a little bit of everything so we ordered a bottle of the plum wine, miso soup, bao buns, and some sushi rolls! The wine was sweet and delicious, a nice pairing to all of the food. The miso soup was also good, definitely lots of flavor compared to others I’ve tried, I only wish the tofu pieces were a bit bigger, personal preference. We really enjoyed the Sumo Pork Buns, yummy and juicy pork with some special sauce. Finally we got a classic spicy tuna roll, Drogon roll, and Sweet monster roll. We wolves them all, especially the sweet monster a nice balance of spicy and sweet. We can’t wait to go back and try more. The menu has so many delicious sounding options! We really liked dining and enjoyed the restaurant!

Great food but music was loud. We had a mix of things; miso, crispy shitake bun, aburi nigiri 7 piece and a catepillar maki roll. Waiter visited our table multiple times even with a packed restaurant. 20 min wait at 6pm Saturday. Small place so get here early and make a reservation.

Was pleasantly surprised with the food and service! It's been hard finding a good Ramen place in the Milwaukee area but I think this will be the new spot for it! Lots of great app options and the sushi was also fresh and delicious. There's a few more things I'll be back to try!

Went here on a recommendation from a friend. BayView has many great little spots and this is one of them. The service is friendly and welcoming. Our waiter never let me get under half full water, even while helping 4 other tables. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. The food came in a good time and was as beautiful as it was delicious. Everything was reasonably priced. Even the bathroom was cool! 10/10 would recommend!

I'm gonna let the pictures do the talking here. This place was 🔥, had a lot of traffic too which is a good sign. I'll be back.

My wife and I came here on a Thursday night about 830. We were seated immediately and told to pull menu up on phone from QR code. Someone dropped off waters and left. We spent five or so minutes looking at menu and waiting for our server. He didn’t come until we both had phones down. Asked if we were read to order. No other greeting. He didn’t ask if we had any questions or needed more time. We ordered our appetizer and entrees. He did ask if either of us had any food allergies which was nice. Food came quickly. Had the vegetable tempura for appetizer. It was delightful. Consisted of carrots, onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms and the other vegetable was either zucchini or eggplant. My wife ate it and enjoyed it. I had one of the ramen dishes. It was delicious. My wife had a Thai dish and it was also delicious. Our server did refill our waters promptly and asked about 920 if we wanted anything else before the kitchen closed. One thing that wasn’t great was miscellaneous staff grabbing things off the table. Not dishes but the soy sauce, qr menu code, candle, etc. I get wanting to be out but that was pretty annoying especially considering the place was at least 75% full and we were gone well before the 945 closing time. Anyways, I’d definitely go back if I lived in Milwaukee area. I’m visiting family and we wanted to try something new. The food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. Cool atmosphere. Tables are pretty close together so minimal privacy. Next time I’d love to try some sushi and would hope for better service.
