I've been ordering cafe pickup 2-3 times a month since fall and it's been excellent! Only one little error on an order in all that time. Like most restaurants these days, the staff is so busy, but anytime I've had a question, they're very friendly and willing to help. Soda and coffee is self-serve, so you'll just get a cup with your order and if you don't see your bag on the shelf, 99% chance it's ready and on the nearby counter, just waiting to be sealed and moved, so check there if they're slammed :)

Love this Panera! I come here to study all the time. It’s a perfect environment. The staff is so friendly and the food is delicious! I always feel welcome and always look forward to coming back. Highly suggest the Panera on Layton!

I had a good experience here this time. Not that I ever have a bad experience but a lot of times in the past I leave here still feeling hungry. I get that they want to stay relevant with their menu but every time I found something that I loved, shortly after they would discontinue it. So, there was a long period I wasn't coming here because I have to find something new to like only for them to take that away as well.

My daughter and I go there regularly. It’s a very comfortable and healthy place to sit and catch up with a little conversation and good food. I recommend the tomato bisque.

While the restaurant was clearly, severely understaffed tonight (at least 4 people less than normal), the wait time was longer than usual, and the garbages were overflowing...the food was good, hot, our order was accurate and complete, the manager and servers were kind despite being spread thin, and our little family dinner was perfect!
I couldn't give them anything less than 5 stars overall just because that's not fair...the team that showed up to work was definitely 5-stars!

Had a great visit at Panera Bread with my sister. We both had the delicious bowl of Cheddar Broccoli Soup and Sandwich combo. Fabulous! Also had a little Christmas gift exchange. We both love Panera Bread!

My roasted turkey sandwich and Greek salad was very good. Customer service was good and bathroom was clean. I took my order to go so didn't really take a look around the restaurant to check for cleanliness.
