Pizza Man

First time visiting Pizza Man. The place had a nice look and feel. Nice selection of beers and wines. Have the grilled Brussel sprouts and fries for appetizers. The Brussels sprouts were some of the best I’ve had. A nice sweet and spicy flavor. We hade the Pizza Man Special and King Roni. I liked the thin crispy crust. Toppings had good flavor.

If you have not had the Topher pizza, you are missing out. Quite possible tied for the best pizza we’ve had in Milwaukee (next to @tavolinos piccante w sausage or the Lola with sausage). Great service and not too loud, great beer selection, always have a sour on tap!!! Tuesday special is bogo large specialty pizzas for dine in only. Best deal in Milwaukee.

Decided to go here on a weekday evening on a whim, in search of a toddler-friendly restaurant where we could enjoy some good food and wine. The eggplant fries and atomica pizza were amazing, and the kids chicken tender meal was a good backup option when we weren’t sure our kid would eat much pizza. The service was great and we were impressed by the specials they offer almost every night of the week. We’ll definitely be back!

I have been going to Pizza Man for many years now, and I must say that I'm glad the new location provides the same great service and quality pizza as the previous one. Our server, Mia, was very polite and attentive. I also want to express my gratitude to the restaurant for holding onto my credit card after I forgot it there the previous day.

Good food and service along the river! It’s roomier than the former Downer Ave location which is nice, but I wish they would add more elements to make various spaces feel cozier by using something like partition walls. More soft sound absorbing decorations to dampen the noise would also be great. Overall it’s a nicely decorated place and I’d recommend it.

Had previously been there on an evening and everything was excellent. Today went for lunch and was like a different place! Eggplant fries were lymph ( not crispy at all) and very greasy. Ordered and paid for extra sausage on my pizza and got tiny pieces of sausage, and very little of it. Waitress forgot to order our slice of margarita pizza and did not get it till we were ready to leave! The other pineapple pizza was ok, but both pizzas were drowning in cheese,(total overkill). Overall service was not good. Very disappointed. Wish restaurant employees would realize that some people aren’t able to get out much and how sad it is when you only get to go to a place once or twice a year, and are treated poorly with mediocre food.

The pizza is one of the best cracker thin crust I have ever had. The toppings were awesome. So fresh it seemed the veggies just picked before making the pizza. It was a slow night but service was a bit slow. Our server was very attentive and friendly, just seemed to take a bit of time to check on us. Perhaps a little more staffing that night would have made it 5 stars all around. Definitely worth the drive for the pizza.

Brought a small group in for my son’s birthday. We were immediately welcomed by a young lady who appeared to be the manager. She greeted us warmly and took us to a lovely table on the patio right away. We were all really hungry and ordered several appetizers which were delivered promptly and tasted great! Having been a regular patron of the original pizza man on north, I seem to remember the crust being a little crispier, but the pizza came out hot and fresh, and definitely didn’t skimp on the toppings. We’ll be back and were delighted to see that next time we can dock our boat right at the restaurant. Thanks pizza man!
