Simple Cafe

The food is amazing, the staff is friendly and very attentive, and the atmosphere is happy and clean. This place has the best mushroom omelet - with a bunch of different kinds of mushrooms - and gruyere cheese. Hands down one of the best places for breakfast on the East Side of Mke. The coffee is great - very fresh and delicious. This place gets really crowded around brunch time, so keep that in mind. Overall a wonderful place for breakfast.

If you're looking for a place that is not only consistent in the meals that they cook but as well as customer-friendly even the manager gets in on the day-to-day operations as far as seating customers greeting customers making sure that everything is alright as well as doing the cleaning. Take a trip down to Simple Cafe where the name definitely suits the place. From the customer service to the food it is simple but yet very very delicious I guarantee you will not be disappointed. And you will return as well as tell someone else about it!!!!!!!

A bright, cheery restaurant with a lovely vibe and is much bigger on the inside than it looks. The service was wonderful. There are fresh flowers on every table. And the food. Omg. We had the Korean BBQ Breakfast Bowl, Blackened Chicken Avocado Sandwich, and shared a short stack of Redeye Coco Pancakes. Everything was absolutely delicious! The BBQ bowl was bursting with flavor and the pancakes are the best I've ever had. I highly recommend!

Looked this place up while in town for a weekend. I picked it due to it's wide breakfast selection and proximity to my location at first. So glad I did, the food is fabulous. I had the mashed potato omelette which was so good and a friend picked simple pancakes, also amazing. The service was great and fast. The portions were pretty big but not giant and great value. Would happily come again next time I'm in town to try one of the many other options I wanted struggled to decide between!

The food is fresh and fantastic. The service is solid. And the atmosphere is awesome. I think my favorite thing is how the light fixtures are made of percolators. Well, that and the ingredients are farm fresh. I have held off doing a review because I selfishly don't want everyone else to fall in love with it too, but Simple Cafe is just too good to keep to myself!

Food was very good. We tried a couple of different breakfast and lunch options and nothing disappointed. Coffee was good, and the orange juice tasted very fresh. My only complaint would be that there are only two, single person bathrooms (and there was constantly a line). The bathrooms were not the cleanest either. Overall a good experience though.
