Friendly bartenders, great beer list with 35 beers on tap and flights available. Connected with an amazing cheese shop, also serving locally made sausages, delicious soft pretzels, and the best cheese curds baked to crispy perfection. Exactly the kind of place that makes me miss Wisconsin.
We walked around for an hour looking for somewhere unique to eat... and we found it. The Uber Taproom has some great bar type food and fantastic selections of beer and drinks. Everyone left satisfied and while they were shorthanded... the service was great.
Cheese curds are a must here. Literally have never had better ones anywhere else. Choose from many beer and cheese flights and hang out for a couple of hours. No frills in the bar area and the bartender makes you feel at home. Head around to the cheese mart and the guys there will educate you on all there is to know about cheese.
Love the classy/hipster vibe. Food is great, drinks are moderately priced and the cheese boards are fun and delicious. Would recommend as a place to stop for a drink downtown!
This small bar has a good selection of local craft brews. In addition, they serve a variety of gourmet cheeses and sausages. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here with friends from work. It is connected internally to a cheese shop next door that is operated by the same management. They have samples of many of their selections, and the quality of all the products I sampled and purchased was excellent. This place is definitely on my list of places to visit again the next time I'm in town.
Super slow but the bartender was nice and it looked like good ambiance.
Went into the cheese mart and tried the endless cheese and then to the tap room where we ordered a cheese platter and beer. All beers were local to Wisconsin and delicious. Erin was EXTREMELY helpful with creating my own flight. She was knowledgeable and kind and went as far as to give us a lot of other recommendations for food and drink. Glad this was the first place I stopped during my visit to Milwaukee :)
The beer was great and the cheese plate was incredible! Also the giant pretzel is giant!
Great variety of cheese platters and so many beer choices. Loved the create your own beer flight and pleased there were at least 5 different stouts to choose from. Cheese Curds appeared to be handmade and lightly breaded with so much cheese oozing, just delicious! Small dining area with a bar and comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with several tv's.
Super yummy! If you're visiting Wisconsin and have heard that it's the place for craft booze and cheese, you won't find a better spot than Über. Happy hour in the afternoon and an exquisite cheese sampling (yeeefreeyouknoitbby) experience. And I can't forget to mention the super friendly bartenders!
