Stayed there 4 nights, 5 days due to a family wedding in the area. Iron Horse was very accommodating to us and we are very grateful to them for that. Ann Marie who we worked with on our rehearsal dinner and after party was very attentive to our needs and met our every expectation and then some. Front desk was wonderful, bar service was wonderful, housekeeping was wonderful, waitstaff was wonderful, food service was wonderful, valet service was wonderful. Our only glitch was reservations (rooms) which we were told is subcontracted. That area needs to be reviewed. We will definitely come back and stay at the Iron Horse when in Milwaukee! Thank you for everything

Very impressive service. I was met immediately by valet as soon as my vehicle stopped. They loaded my luggage onto the cart and brought my items to my room and hung up my clothes. Valet was extremely fast and my vehicle was ready at the front door each time I requested it before I could make it down the elevator. Very helpful staff and food was also very good.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night while we were passing through Milwaukee. We booked this hotel from the Hotel Tonight app the night before we stayed. This is a very modern hotel. We had never stayed anywhere like this before. It was very clean. We stayed in a room with a king bed. The bed was very comfortable. We really liked the artwork in our room. We attempted to visit the bar area outside but it was very crowded. There was a biker event going on and also a bridal party so we ended up going where else. The location is great, we were able to walk to multiple bars and restaurants. Parking was very easy. We did self parking in a garage right beside the hotel. Overall we had a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

Only stayed for 2 nights, but this hotel is a gem! I received a recommendation on this hotel and couldn’t have been happier. Staff was friendly, rooms were cozy, and the vibes are incredibly unique. Don’t sleep on the food here! Unfortunately, I had planned events, so I was only able to enjoy breakfast one day. But it was amazing. The only small blemish is that my keys stopped working twice. Easily rectified by heading to the front desk. But annoying nonetheless. Will definitely be booking again when I return to MKE!

Exceptional Experience! Our family hosted a large wedding party at the Iron Horse over the weekend of Oct. 20-22, 2023, including rehearsal and dinner, many overnight guests, and Sunday brunch. Everything went perfectly and all hotel, dining, and valet staff were extremely attentive to all details. The front desk staff went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Special thanks to Ann Marie for your care and coordination, all of which contributed to our extremely positive experience throughout the weekend! Louie ensured our brunch experience for over 50 guests was extraordinary! Alex, Leo and several other valet attendants provided incredibly rapid and friendly service for dozens of requests throughout the weekend! Milwaukee Boot Company's flagship store in the hotel lobby offers beautiful, hand-crafted leather goods and the store owner is second to none! Highly recommend! Thank you Iron Horse!

Had a great couple days stay at the Iron Horse. Staff members Natalia, Christina and Militants(to name a few) made our stay very comfortable and nice. The way they welcome dogs was awesome which made for a worry free stay. Felt more like a home than a hotel.

Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The designs and atmosphere are perfection. The bartender was super kind. The pass through door from bar to outdoor deck is super fun. They have bike meets that are also fun to experience. Everyone is super nice and accomodating.

First, the worst: it's a little off putting to get to until you start to get familiar with the area. Everything besides that is great. Its a beautify old building and the hotel keeps much of the industrial feel without it seeming dirty or small. Being near the Harley Davidson museum, it has a bit of a motorcycle vibe to it and seemed to be a favorite of many riders. The rooms are modern and decently sized. One thing they definitely need to work on is the hvac which seemed to have a problem keeping up with the summer heat. Heading in doors didn't give much reprieve except that you weren't in the sun. The indoor bar in particularly stayed pretty warm. Though being in the breeze of a vent was quite lovely. Besides the indoor decorations, the obvious jewel of this hotel is the outdoor bar/lounge area featuring some great landscaping, outdoor fire pits, and plenty of tables. It's a great place for meal, a drink, or just to relax outside for a bit.

I chose this hotel from TripAdvisor. My husband & I had been 2 the HD Museum a few x’s. But we were headed 2 that area this time for comedic standup special & we didn’t want a regular hotel. This hotel had quite a few good reviews on TA & their website had some great rates…so I thought why not! We arrived the Valet was great, he was very up front about the self-parking rates. We checked-in, & loved the boutique feel of it!! IT was very posh, but warm & friendly, didn’t feel ‘UPPITY’ at all. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will stay @ this hotel again & again any time we are in Milwaukee.
