De Los Altos Grill

This place is amazing. The people writing less-than-stellar reviews are drunk. The food is excellent, they have a large selection of meats to choose from, they have a huge menu, and the burritos are massive. Their Taco Thursday deal of 3 tacos for $5 is awesome. Also, their take-home containers are microwave safe and recyclable. Their green salsa is delicious as well. And you get free chips and salsa with an order. Can't say enough good things about this place. Go there.

Not bad but not great for a $12 burrito. I'd probably give it a 4 star if they had better salsas or even a cerano pepper. They only have this watered down green or red salsas that are sweeter than spicy. Customer service is what you'd except. Never asked if I wanted to eat in or not. They just gave me a bag with my burrito. No fountain drinks just expensive bottled drinks.

I'm recovering from surgery and had a friend go all the way down to get me a super suiza and large side of refried beans. These aren't beans, ma'am! I called and asked what can be done, they said come switch it out for beans or a refund. I told them I can't go anywhere and my friend is gone, so what else can be done? They said "that's all we can do, bring it by and we'll swap it out for you." I have a JP drain in my abdomen, you want me to show off my dangling blood berry to your customers?? 2 stars for screwing up the order and then suggesting a recovering post op drive 30 minutes to fix their screw up.
