I had celebrated my kids 1st birthday here .I booked the slot 3 weeks in advance. Harmin was up to date and following on all the arrangements as well as food and kids activity for birthday. On day of the event everything was awesome ! The staff was courteous and helpful. The food was top notch. The decorations were awesome. All the guests were in awe of the arrangements. We could enjoy the party because the only thing we had to take care was we got cake and of course return gifts... Thanks Harmin ! I have already recommended my friends for this venue . You guys are awesome.

We had our wedding reception at My Royal Palace. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our special occasion. Friendly staff (Harmin, Bobby, Gurjit) all did such an amazing job. Harmin did a wonderful job with all the beautiful decorations and threw in some extra perks for us which we really appreciated. We went few guests over; However, Gurjit did an amazing job to manage all the guests. Everything went perfectly. We definitely recommend this place for any occasion.

Would definitely recommend My Royal Palace. We hosted the Baby Shower Party here and had great experience. Harmin and Bobby are very easy going, accommodating and professional. Although, at times we felt revealing more details/specifics and in-person meetings would have helped, the final outcome was an awesome and smooth event facilitated by Bobby especially who made sure to remain at the venue and help with last minute requests, setup and fix some minor decoration errors. My royal palace does allow you to bring your own custom decor and even guide you through. Of course asking Harmin for specific details is helpful. My royal palace provides choice of caterers with negotiated rates. We ordered food from IGrill and everyone loved it. The staff was well organized and committed. Overall a very good banquet hall and service.

It’s very bad service and bobby was so rude, they're not professional, they take so much money for no reason the place is a scam they make it really difficult for you if you did not purchase something from their end, such as the DJ. They wouldn't allow us to turn up the volume because we brought our DJ. They act like you rented the place for free. As if you didn’t pay so much money. It’s so embarrassing. I was so embarrassed when people kept asking why the food service was bad! And I had to help with the service as if I’m an employee and not a guest. It’s so embarrassing. I advise you to not waste your money and do your party somewhere else I would rather throw the wedding at my house and not this place. They should close it down.

Hosted B'day party @ My Royal Palace and it was a great venue to host the event. Everyone love the decoration, ambience and hospitality of the staff given to us. I truly recommend this place for having any events without any tensions. You just need to throw your creative ideas and Harmin and his staff will execute and prove their abilities.

We rented My Royal Palace for my family reunion and it was an awesome experience from beginning to end! They were ready to work with, transparent in their pricing, and took care of so much of the work for us, it made hosting the party much much easier than we expected! I highly highly recommend this venue!

Place is kind of clean with washrooms messed up. Carpet gives shady feeling. The guys who books parties is very easy going to deal with and will do what he can to make things enjoyble for your guests. Needs quite a bit a renos and good looking professional bar as the bar is just there but doesn't feel like a party bar. Only giving point in terms of how easy it is deal with owner guy.
