10/10 experiences here. Staff is friendly and moves the drive thru line efficiently! They listen carefully to orders. Burgers always taste fresh and fries my favorite from any fast food! Clear windows looking into the kitchen as you wait. Come here often and never disappointed. Recommend animal style fries with chopped chili's and the double double cheese burger.

The only vegetarian open secret menu item is the Grilled cheese burger. You got to ask for it, it’s not written on the menu. Try it with Onions, pickles and mustard. Also, do try the Animal fries - well done.

I am a huge fan of In-N-Burger and I enjoy visiting the stores multiple times whenever I visit West Coast. This is a store I was very disappointed for the first time. I adore In-N-Out burgers for its well toasted buns. This store served soggy buns that were not crisp at all. Overall the burger tasted very mediocre. I could feel the difference because I had the same menu the day before in Santa Rosa. There needs to be a quality control.

I ate for the first time and tried the hidden menu. The animal style is great! The beef patties are juicy and rich in flavor. The cheese and meat sauce on the fries taste great! recommend!

It’s a solid fast food tasting burger. Shake Shack tastes better, but I realized it’s not really about taste so much as the nostalgia factor and the genuinely nice staff that look like their dreams haven’t been crushed into a million pieces yet. And the prices are reasonable. So nice ambiance.

Location is always packed when I come here but service is very fast, food quality is great & they actively keep the establishment clean. Highly recommend.

There's always quite a long wait before your order is ready. The price of a meal is definitely a bit more pricier since the last time I ate it three years ago. I still enjoy the light crunch when I bite into the burger. And the fries with a bit of salt on top is good too.
