I was there with my 2 year old son, and asked for dog bites, he said he didn’t have any available, so I stood aside waiting while they make some, well he had some in the oven and he sold them to another customer while I was waiting there in front of him, ruining my sons day.

Bad customer service.
I was supposed to wait for 3 mins for cina bitz ... 10 minutes later they said 3 more mins. I ended up waiting because I didn't want to struggle over getting $3 cash back and deal with their rude and unapologetic customer service.

Worst customer service ever. I don’t recommend this place at all.The older lady’s are very rude. You ask them for something and they roll their eyes. If you don’t like your job simply just get another one. The food industry is not for you.

It was the worst due to the facts that they were running out of food but i got cinn-a-bits and the guy at the register gave the other register guy my cinn-a-bitz and I was mad cuz I got them first.

Fresh pretzels out of the oven $4 to $5 each. Tastes so much better than "out of box" pretzels served at ball parks.
