Place is usually always packed but when I went luckily it was fine. They always have a bunch of fun people working here and service is great.

I had some work near this location and while returning I quickly grabbed frappacchino via drive thru. Excellent service always.

There's an outdoor and indoor seating, great faculty members, clean store and quick service. They also have a huge table in the middle to work on your laptop with outlets to charge your devices. They have high chairs and high tables with phone chargers built in and massive windows to stare out of.

Long line..but went fast. Coffee worth the wait. Everyone there is so friendly. Nice to see that when starting your work day:)

Staff is friendly, location is extremely convenient but I wish something could be done about the long line for the drive thru.
I don't mind waiting at all but the line often is formed on a major street with a little awkward. People try to cut in line or people that want to park in the parking lot get mistaken for people cutting in line. The only option is to drive past the parking lot and enter through the exit only which is a hazard all its own.

Ordered a hot white chocolate mocha. Tasted just awful, sour. And the drink was barely hot. I didn't have the time to drive back. Definitely felt ripped off.
