Nice Pho place. They have plenty of items on their menu but not many for vegetarian though. Only couple of vegetarian items. I had Tofu Pho and it was very nice. It tasted really great. They also give complimentary hot green tea. The place is also very nice, neat and clean. The servers very nice too.

Bay Area Hip Hop artist SpenDoe visits Phở Factory in Milpitas! Being a big fan of Phở, I've visited many establishments across California. Vietnamese cuisine happens to be one of my favorites. After a day of shopping at The Great Mall, I needed something to eat. I didn't want to wait until I hit San Jose, so I stopped here. The staff was friendly, the service quick, and the food amazing! The broth was definitely on point. I ordered the rare steak pho, and also the seafood delight, which were both excellent! Everything about the beef pho was perfect.

Very disappointed abt this place. I ordered a BBQ Pork over rice to go during my 35 min lunch break. After going back to my working place, I found that they gave me the wrong order. They gave me the spring rolls with pho. I always hate to eat spring rolls. I can't bring it back to the restaurant cause I don't have enough time to do it. Why don't check the order and make sure it's correct before giving to customer? So PLEASE check ur to go order before u leaving. This was a very bad experience for me.

Good place, got the Bun Bo Hue. Came here Cuz a co worker wanted to try it. They have some real competition across the st tho with Pho Kim Long.

Great Pho. We love the fresh spring rolls too. Super fast, always delicious and consistent friendly service. We can literally walk in, order and walk back out in minutes when we get take out. The dining area is really nice - always clean if you want to eat in. None of this "only cash" nonsense either - credit cards accepted. It's our go to place! I recommend.

This place is great. The food is good, it's usually not crowded, and there's usually parking available. You will notice that Kim Long is right across the street, but I prefer to come here because of the above reasons. It's also cleaner and has a more relaxed atmosphere, in addition to accepting credit cards. The only unfortunate thing in my opinion is naming the restaurant Pho Factory, which actually was the reason I hesitated to try the place for the first time a few years back. But I'm glad I did try, and been coming back ever since.

It used to be good. I eat there everytime I'm working in San Jose (quite often) and used to love it. But lately it hasn't been as good. Pho (#2) is overcooked and quite sweet. Staff is not as friendly and I feel like they rushed me in and out. I asked for milk tea and they had none. Really? Definitely will scratch off this place from my favorites.

This review is based in the Bun Bo Hue which I like to try at most pho restaurants as a back up when I just don't feel like pho. There were two options on the menu of which I chose the first assuming the second was either special or significantly different than the house regular. The flavor was light and lacked any real punch and was not spicy by my taste. Noodles seemed a bit overcooked. Meat was very tender and good. Medium sized bowl was enough to make be uncomfortable full. Have not tried the pho here but I don't necessarily recommend the Bun Bo Hue. Other than that the experience was good, with nice facilities and friendly service. I'd recommend regular house chopsticks in the future for them as their bagged version they serve with the meal were more like to-go chopsticks and lacked the heft and weight of an in house pair.
