The place was very friendly and welcoming, however very unprofessional. They had one server with stains all over his shirt and all over the place. Their was no one in the restaurant except me and my grandpa. We ordered Garlic Naan and Chili Paneer. Which took about 25 minutes to come out. Have to day the food was great and the presentation. However the prices are dramatically stretch to the most. We got what we were told “complimentary” water. Two bottles and were charged for them when we didn't even drink or ask for them. You have to understand, when going to a restaurant you aren’t just paying for the food you are paying for the experience and ambiance. The place was dead and there were little bugs on the tables. The service is slow, the prices are stretched, I think there are better places you can go to in the Bay Area for better prices and higher quality food and ambience.

Curd with biryani is very bad and the biryani smells really bad and it seems like old biryani mixed with some tangy rice. I cannot believe we pay for this type of food. If the rush is low and business is less then we must make sure to attract customers by cooking less quantity and more quality food. Not sure how the person is ok to take money but provide really bad smelling food. I m not saying this for getting some complimentary food or anything , this is true and I wouldn’t recommend this place for food.

It’s my 3rd time coming here in this restaurant and every time it’s same thing happens. Bad Service. Charge Extra. Doesn’t care about customers. Food quality is going down. I will never come to this place again and will recommend my family and friends to not visit. My time is very important and they don’t value customers time and money.

Andhra dosa and chicken curry is good. Suggestions to others- pay as soon as you give 'to go' order in restaurant. We gave order and without paying gone for grocery shopping, when returned back after 15 mins nothing is ready. They have taken another 10 mins. My wife felt very insulted as they expected us not to come back. How it's possible that someone will order and not come back to pick-up? We're still trying to figure out, I'm with my wife, dressed ok, we're in our 40's, what he saw on us and expected we'll not come back?
