I come here to get quick, convenient bite before a movie. Things seemed off tonight. The customer before me had a large order with lots of detailed requests, and took up time. I think the staff could have helped the line move along with another crew member helping. No one stepped up. I wanted to order a side of chips, and for some reason, they wouldn't sell any to me. In the verbal exchange of the crew, it seemed they kept a stash of chips reserved for online orders, but wouldn't offer me, a paying in-person customer, any. I know I'm not their boss, and can't tell them now to run their business, but as a customer, I think they can do better than this. No chips and no napkins, but the burrito was good.

Never had any issues here. I've tried the hard shell tacos, dang those were good and a nice little change. My friend said they are a kids item, I'm not sure, still liked them. I also like the soft tacos, the quesadilla, and of course their burritos.

Worst experience ever at a Chipotle, will never order from here again. A total waste of money!
1) They messed up our orders and added toppings to their liking
2) Both bowls only had half a portion compared to the usual serving size

Disappointing. The carnitas was all shredded trash at bottom of pan. They overflowed other steak bowl with too much spicy sauce. Also, wait was long. They were replacing everything, except the carnitas, when I arrived.

Fast preparation, good flavor, healthy food.
I usually order in advance so I don't have to wait onsite. This Chipotle isn't particularly busy (the few times I was there) but it's right next to an door of the Great Mall so a lot of foot traffic passing through.
There are some tables outside in a fenced patio but I don't think they clean the surface often.

We wanted to dine in but the tables were terribly maintained and there wasn't much food stock. The one thing i appreciated was that it was open past the great mall timings after 8 pm!

This is unacceptable. Burrito bowl delivered with just chicken meat and my burrito is mini sized with only meat in there. Did your workers even know how to make a burrito???? It is the second time this happened.
