The food here is fairly decent and the location is unbelievably convenient. Service is lacking to downright rude and the place can get crowded during the weekends. When sitting, expect to get hit by a purse or shopping bag when people walk past you as they enter and exit the restaurant.
Recommend: The Daikon Cake during Dim Sum

Food wise this place is average. Their food is on the sweet side and I'm not sure if it's because too much msg added.
I give it an extra star because this is probably one of the very few dimsum place in south bay with not much wait and still lots carts going around at 1:30pm.

I have to say that the food is good but the service not quite so. After all you can't expect anything better it's a Chinese restaurant with limited English speaking staff. The Mayflower by Milpitas square has taken away quite a portion of their buisness . However my wife does like to stop by this location. I would say fried rice is probably my favorite here.

This place has the most rude and racist workers. Very disrespectful. Don't attempt to order any traditional Chinese food plates here. Panda Express is 100x better and I do the think their food is good either.

One of the most horrible places I have ever ate. The service was even worst, it took my family and I over 30 min. just to get water. The hostess when taking our order seem to be preoccupied when there was not many customer in restaurant. She stopped in the middle of taking our order and helped another family...REALLY...I give this place a bad review because of their bad service and there rude bus boys...I don't hope no one has to get the type of service we receive when we were there.

This is a great place for dim sum. There's a good selection, and they have my favorites: shrimp-stuffed eggplant, stuffed beancurd skin, gailan, and gok-bo tea. Very friendly staff.

Great selection of authentic chinese cuisine and very affordable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some good dim sum in the south bay area.

Have been here for several times, very convenient after shopping. Food is good, service is ok. Met wedding party here for a few times...enjoyable.
