Outback Steakhouse

Ok first time at this location,and I had a great time. But a star definitely goes to my daughter she makes everything better. I got there early so I could have a drink,there were very few patrons there when I arrived at 12 noon. Since I was alone I sat at the bar and ordered a Sam Adams while I waited for my daughter to arrive. When she called and said that she was five minutes out I decided to order her a Captain Morgan and Coke. Unfortunately they were out of Captain Morgan and any other spiced rum. The bartender went out of her way to help me as did the manager. Now I didn't take hardly any pictures because my daughter gets all of my attention. She ordered a eight oz. Steak and fries which she said was fantastic. I had steak and shrimp pasta which was also great. And I also had the Boomer margaritas which are four different flavored margaritas. The food was great and the service out of this world. Oh and I forgot to mention the men's bathroom was very clean.

Good food, healthy servings! We went for a late lunch on Saturday. It wasn't really busy but we did have to wait several minutes for our table. We were in no rush. I got the Toowoomba Salmon, that was a good-sized serving, a healthy side of freshly-steamed broccoli and Ceasar salad. My son got a healthy Outback Burger that came on a soft bun and a side of fries, and my husband got the ribeye with salad and a cup of delicious French Onion soup. Gotta love their complementary warm bread that is always served. Our server Gigi was very friendly and attentive. She was great! Thanks for the great service!

Such an amazing staff! We ordered late one night for pick up. Yes I know it’s a no no in the industry but I did it anyway I’m sorry. But either way some things got a little confused as apparently we were not the only order that evening. Needless to say some things got messed up and that is usually where these go from one star to five stars, or stay a one star. My wife tried to call and it was just past closing. So we decided we were just going to go up and see if they could fix the meal the next day. Well once my wife and Chris the manager got to talking he understood and felt terrible about the whole thing. He defiantly is one of the best managers I’ve seen in the industry. He made everything right and restored our confidence in this restaurant. On our next trip our waiter Will was super attentive and always on top of things. Chris remembered us and I could tell his staff respected him because they were pleasant and apologetic for what happened previously. I know we will be back and this restaurant will become our go to place because of Chris and his staff!
